Bank NPA & foreclosed stock

Distressed units sourced from Thai bank and asset-management disposal channels. This page is not live yet: entries below are placeholders until a permissioned data feed is in place.

What we verified before building this page

sample data
  • FACT (checked 7 Sep 2026). Thai banks and AMCs publish their own foreclosed-asset catalogues: Government Savings Bank (npa-assets.gsb.or.th, ~4,438 listings), Krungthai (npa.krungthai.com), Kasikornbank, Bangkok Bank, and BAM (bam.co.th/th/npa), which also aggregates partner financial institutions.
  • FACT. Some sellers run formal broker programmes — GSB publicly recruits non-exclusive brokers — so an authorised reseller route exists without scraping.
  • MARKET EVIDENCE. These channels are sale-led, not rental-led (e.g. KBank's "NPA MEGA SALES 2026" promotes 0% interest and transfer-fee waivers for buyers).
  • ASSUMPTION (unverified). No public open API or redistribution licence was found for any of these catalogues; republishing listings, photos or prices needs written permission per institution.
  • HYPOTHESIS. NPA credibility helps a rental brand mainly as a sourcing story ("units acquired through institutional channels"), not as rentable inventory.
  • RECOMMENDATION. Apply as a non-exclusive broker with one bank first (GSB or BAM), keep every NPA unit non-public, and never display a bank name, address or discount until that agreement is signed.
